God is building His church, and He gifts leaders to join Him in His work. Is God calling you into leadership, to equip the saints? Evangelical Friends Church Southwest (EFCSW) has constructed a Leadership Development system to guide and train you for leadership.

We have developed a visual process flow showing how you, as a called leader, can move through the leadership development cycles and identify your place in leadership within EFCSW and its churches.
